A-Way-Out Ministries Inc. is a 501c 3 nonprofit organization established in 1999 as a means of providing support to women and children who are going through periods of crisis due to domestic violence in the home or in our communities. This support includes education, awareness, and prevention through workshops, partnerships, speaking engagements at churches, schools, and where ever support is needed within our communities. We partner with other organizations that specialize in programs to help those at risk and need a way out of violent or unhealthy relationships.

Our organization founded an annual event called “Don’t Forget My Name” with a Memorial Dedication in hopes that this will help shed light on the issues and to rid our communities of this so violent crime that tears families apart.

We seek to bring change, education, and support

to those that experience domestic violence.

Our Mission

awoblackcross.png

To be an advocate for change in all communities in an attempt to end domestic violence within the family dynamic. To provide support to women and our youth on how to look for signs of abuse and what to look for in healthy relationships. To advocate along with those in the community to seek change, educate, train, and bring awareness to those that experience domestic violence.

Our Vision

To be free from domestic violence abuse in our homes and in our communities. To help women and children understand that love should not hurt by exposing abuse for what it is from the start.
